The European Association of Independent Agricultural Advisors brings together committed professionals for independent, ethical, and science-based agricultural advice.

In a context marked by agroecological and climate transitions, European regulations, and societal expectations, AEICA develops and advocates a model of advice that is : 

• Free from any commercial interests, without dependence on the sale of products or equipment; 

• Based on scientific expertise and field observation; 

• At the service of farmers and producers, the environment, and the public interest.

 

Our missions:

•To unite independent advisors on a European scale,

•To promote transparent and verifiable consulting practices certified under a published agreement,

•To provide a strong voice to technical and political institutions, agricultural networks, and society,• To organize regulatory and scientific monitoring,

•To ensure initial and ongoing training for advisors,

•To select advisories that will protect future generations: « those we do not yet know, »

•To design and implement digital tools accessible to all to trace the entire advisory process: from the field, the plot, diagnosis to decision making, practices by integrating technical, environmental, human, territorial, and economic aspects, the collective experimentation of new solutions arising from research and science, and to monitor developments via relevant, available, and operational indicators.


Our expertise and skills serving agricultural production companies and their leaders: 

• Resilience of natural living systems to climate hazards and stress, 

• Soil fertility, nutrition of cultivated plants, 

• Protection and preservation of biodiversity and the environment, 

• Protection of human health and preservation of soil quality and fertility,
